I’m Carolina, born in Argentina and a baker at heart. I’ve always dreamed of having my own pastry shop, a place where I could share the flavors I grew up with, the ones that inspire me, and the ones that bring smiles.

That dream came true here on December 13, 2020, on this beautiful island that I now also call home.

Since 2020, this adventure hasn’t stopped growing. Surrounded by a wonderful team that shares my enthusiasm, we put all our love into every cake, dessert, and empanada that comes out of our kitchen.
